West Hill to East Hill, and Back

Weather: Silas it still says you went under 7:00 pace, though you might not even be reading this (low 40s)

Comments:
Played a little basketball outside, then got out for a run. I felt pretty tired from yesterday's workout, so I thought about logging this as a recovery run, but I think it's too long in mileage. Anyway, went from my house on Coy Glen, down West Hill, then along state street to Giles. Took the footbridge to Stewart, which has to be one of my least favorite roads. I mean, it's uphill, and the sidewalk isn't even level. It's diagonal. Came down through the Ithaca cemetery on Dewitt Pl, then ran through downtown. Took Floral Ave, and then ran up Coy Glen, which is very steep, to my house. The whole run was pretty slow, but my legs were just not feeling that energized until a few miles in. Did 30 push-ups once I got home, and some stretching. Might not get out for a run tomorrow, because I'm going to a Syracuse basketball game, but I'll run Saturday.
