Turkey trot 5k

***don't be mad...I pr'd by like 15 secs BUT I didn't push, promise....I didn't think I was running that fast...I did a stride to the finish line then 3 more after. I can put that in if you really want them. After sunday I would like to start planning a goal 5k. I think I can do a sub 30...maybe...might also be on a runners high lol
If anything, I'd like you to take it easy the first mile and then push the middle mike. This will keep you fresh for the race but not kill you. Run the last mile at easy pace.

Also, if you could get in a few 15 to 20 Second strides after the race, that would be awesome. Just find a straightaway where you can go fast for a short amount of time and get those legs turning over fast!
