Ok after looking at your last few races, your long runs and all of your hard workouts these last few months, I think it's safe to say that you are fitter than ever!

I want the first 10k to feel easy... almost uncomfortably slow. I think if you go out between 11:45 and 12 min pace, you will be in a good position for the 20 miles of work.

Every time you hit a mile under 12, that will be a great thing but I do think you can take some chances and try to hit many miles in the 11:50's, 11:40's or even a couple 11:30's.

Let's plan on taking a PLANNED little stop or walk break every 4 miles. Not long, but just to catch a Breather and assess how you are feeling.

I think you have to remember how many long runs close to 12 pace you have done. So in a race it is very doable to do that and more.

You will need calories every 45 min to an hour so be prepared for that, but otherwise we are just taking one mile at a time.
Coco beach showed us the speed is there but we do not want to go out in 11:30 pace. This is. Lot longer!!!
