Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Will see how you feel coming off of travel!!
Would like you to somehow get 7 miles in.
We need to get some more runs in where you are on your feet for more than an hour.
So let's shoot for 7 miles with a .5 mile run, .1 walk pattern.
The run part does not have to be hard or fast but just looking more for mileage;)
