Comments:
Dropped Lew at her new job and parked on Goya drive and ran down and back along Cabin John trail with not a leaf caught. Spent the rest of the morning working and staring out the window at falling leaves! Went south in 29 minutes and returned from that 2nd intersection in 27 minutes as I made a concentrated effort not to run 9:00 miles on the return trip. Lovely fall run, but frustrated by leaves.
