Comments:
Ran in treadmill at Drury. Ran 20:00 up and then 10x1:00 on/1:00 off. Then about 1.3 down for 7 on the day. Lower legs hurt bad for some reason. Very tight but I got through it.
Ran 7:18-7:30 on offs and 5:45-5:49 on ons.
Good stretch and core after.
