Comments:
Attempted a ladder workout. Was going to do 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 with equal standing rest. However I only got through the first half. Literally. I did 400m of the 800m. My splits were 32, 48, 68, 1:27, 1:46, 71. I haven't done much speed work so this was definitely a shock to the legs. I'm fairly certain I'll do more speed work this weekend as opposed to racing the 3K at the home meet.
