Wow, it's warm(ish) again.
Went at a pretty easy pace from my house on West Hill. Just ran around the Westhaven Rd. area, including the recreation trail that goes parallel to it. My pace was a little faster on the flats/downhills, so it was the uphills that really slowed me down. Didn't feel super fast, probably because I haven't run in three days. I was travelling all of Sunday, and didn't feel well yesterday. Anyway, I feel slow when I don't run for over two days. My body just felt weird on the first couple minutes of the run, because I was out  of the routine of running every day. Got back and did some stretching, and will likely play some pick-up basketball later tonight, so that's partly why I kept it short today.
