Was still feeling tired again today, probably still from all of the sprinting that I did play pick-up basketball Tuesday night. I was trying to get the most out of the game that I could, with regards to exercise. Anyway, played some basketball outside today before it got dark, and then got out for a short run. Even though I had some food about an hour and a half before starting the run, my legs were feeling weak like they do sometimes when I'm really hungry. I'm also doing the YMCA Santa 5k on Saturday Morning, so I don't want to feel tired for it. I know what it's like going into a race and not feeling 100% energized. And I'd like to get a good time, and PR. So I figured I'd just take it easy today, and tomorrow. Ran around Westhaven Road again on West Hill, including the grass rec way trail that is next to Eco Village. It was mostly hills. Got back and did a little stretching.
