I ran a mile to IM West, 5.5 with the RC guys, and a mile back. I ran the warm up faster, since I was running late to practice. We ran on Grand River over the bridge and to play makers. I also hadn't seen the Pres in a while, so that was cool. Overall, still feeling really strong.
