Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This morning we ran a donut 5k where you 3 donuts, run 2.5k, eat 3 more donuts, and finish with another 2.5k. The first 3 donuts took me 9 minutes and I simply jogged the first 2.5k. The next 3 donut probably went down in 8 minutes and I went slightly harder on the way back, but not really. In the end, I kicked which was always fun. I didn't get last, which was the main goal, but I ran slow af lol. Definitely a good experience. (BTW: The running time is estimation, i have no idea what it actually is. I finished the whole thing with eating in 41:05 lolz).
