Easy run with hill pickuos

Comments:
Easy 4 to 6 miles
Would really really like it if you could find a hill and either within run or at end of Run, get in 4 or 5 x 25 second hill sprints.

Focus on high knees, good arm swing and power off toes.
I know they seem a bother but will help!
