15 miles this week because next week will be a down week.
Unless you are doing reindeer run bc then we could switch things up

If you do do the 15 this week, would be great if we could run easy but somewhere in run, have 3 miles in a row at tempo pace...

So maybe like you are running in the 9's and then for tempo part, drops it down to low to mid 8's
Depending on how you feel.

Please practice taking fuel!
One gel and some Gatorade should do the trick!
