Comments:
*legs still felt heavy and fatigued..pretty good run...ready to be back to awesome like before the race and love every run lol
Totally based on time and effort.
Kind of confusing so might have to write it down!
Run 5 min easy
Run 2 min fast
Run 4 min easy
Run 2 min fast
Run 3 min easy
Run 2 min fast
Run 2 min easy
Run 2 min fast
Run 1 min easy
Run 2 min fast
Take a 2 min walk break.
Repeat same pattern only the fast parts are one min now.
So it looks like :
Run 5 min easy
Run 1 min fast
Run 4 min easy
Run 1 min fast
And so on
The easy paces can be pretty easy with some walking if need be. And the fast parts don't have to be killer.
Just want to get some change of pace in coming off marathon effort:)
