Comments:
After dead lifting and farmer's carrys with Tom and Lucas, I ran a 4 mile tempo workout on the treadmill with a mile warm up and cool down. It didn't feel great, because my dinner of pasta and tatertots had not fully digested yet, so I was cramping up. But by the power of T-Swift, I was able to get through the workout at the pace I wanted to, so it worked out. Overall success.
