15 overhead dumbbell press (15 lbs. each arm)
10 bicep curls, each arm with 15 lbs., at the same time
10 overhead dumbbell press (15 lbs. each arm)
10 overhead dumbbell press (10 lbs. each arm)
20 overhead dumbbell press (5 lbs. each arm)
20 bicep curls, each arm with 10 lbs., at the same time.
