cruz workout

did something this morning called a cruz workout, that was unlike any other track workout I've ever done before. basically you do a stride of around 100 meters and then do some kind of exercise (like lunges, pushups, burpees or crunches, to name a few) and then go do another stride and keep going. We did two sets of 10 strides with exercises in between and a 400 (77) in the middle of the two sets. It wasn't that hard while we were doing it but then by the end I felt pretty tired. dunno what mileage was because it was on an indoor track and I kept forgetting to hit start, so I just guessed. This brings my mileage for the week down by quite a bit, particularly since I took yesterday off. oh well. felt good to do a workout of some kind
