Comments:
This can be done in the am or at run club at night if you choose...but am definitely looking for splits on this one if possible...

Looking for 8 miles total (but 6 if you don't have time)..where you are alternating miles with easy pace and tempo pace...
So run the first mile easy, 2nd mile at tempo(somewhere in 7's), 3rd mile easy, 4th mile at tempo and so on...

This is a very good half marathon specific workout if you have time for the mileage..don't stress if you do. It gave time to get all 8 in though;)
