Hills ARE friends after all

Weather: right around freezing, kinda gray

Comments:
A little light snow this afternoon but no accumulation of note when I headed out for my run. Hadn't been feeling super great heading out the door but about half a mile in I was feeling pretty good so I decided to take this run as a chance to do some hill work. I chose to just push the effort a bunch on uphills and take flats and downhills as easy as I pleased. Wound up being a pretty good workout, and as I headed back the amount of effort I put into each hill increased so I wound up negative splitting despite the fact that I'm pretty sure the way back is a net uphill.

Wound up getting "Nosebleed Section" by Hilltop Hoods stuck in my head which actually was a pretty good jam to run to.
