25 overhead dumbbell raises (10 lbs. each arm)
20 bicep curls, each arm with 10 lbs. at the same 
time
20 overhead dumbbell raises (10 lbs. each arm) 
50 calf raises on the stairs, both legs at once
30 push-ups
2 minute wall sit
30 push-ups
2 minutes of jump roping 
30 push-ups
Felt a little weak on the abs and lifting, because I haven't done them in about five days. Gotta run tomorrow. I hope I do.
