Wave run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
So for this run we will be alternating paces....but the idea is to Keep running through the fast parts and as much as you can during the slower portions.
With that said you can't expect your times to be as fast as they would be if you were taking a complete rest in between.

Run .25 miles easy (maybe 12:30 to 13 pace)
Run .25 miles fast ( maybe low 11's or even high 10's)

Do this pattern 5 times until you hit 2.5 miles

If you can give me the splits for every .25 miles that would be absolutely awesome.
If not, just make sure to change pace every .25 mile.
You don't want to run so fast that you have to walk completely after the fast pieces;)

Also if you can cooldown 1 mile easy for mileage that would be fantastic...
