My right elbow has been a little sore since sometime mid last week. Didn't feel worse as a result of lifting today but it's not super happy near full extension.

DB Curls... warmups at 10, 15, 25, 30 then 5x40, 5x45, 2x50 +1 negative, 2x5x45
10 Pull ups
2x10x55 Kroc Rows
2x10x55 DB Shrugs
2x8x30 DB wrist curl
