1st Day Back

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I had a club after school so I was late to practice but I ran with Faith. My watch was dead so the time is an estimate but the run was about 4 miles. I think we were going around 8:30 pace but its been awhile so I'm not positive. It was nice to be running again, and I felt surprisingly good. Definitely some tweaks here and there but that's normal for return from time off and new shoes. Doing abs was extremely difficult for me especially a one minute plank... At any rate, I'm excited to be back and looking forward to building up some strength again. On the way home I noticed that my lower back had tightened up and had the sharp pain that I haven't had for a bit. This is very disappointing for me but hopefully with rolling and relaxing it every night I can keep it under control.
