Comments:
blah. not such a good workout. went early with natalia for mile repeats. we ended up turning our watches up which I actually think did help us. the last one anyway was better than I think we would have done with watches on. I'm not really too worried about it now though because as I log this week i am realizing that i really beat on my legs and i can understand why this workout was tough. I am excited to run fast at all ohio next week though.
