Ran from my house on West Hill, to the Black Diamond Trail, and did that for about a quarter mile, then came back up Coy Glen Road. I logged coming up Coy Glen separately because it's a longish hill and I'm always so much slower going up it. However, I do feel like I'm getting faster going up it every time. Got back and took my dog (puppy) for a short run up Westhaven, and then back down. By then it had started snowing. Then I did some stretching. Everything was a lot slower because I'm planning on playing some pick-up basketball with a group that meets at Boynton every Tuesday night. I went two weeks ago. Cole goes, but he has a game tonight so I'm not sure if he'll be there after it's over. Either way, it will serve as some good speed training.
