Weather: Chilly and sunny

Comments:
Ran a "new loop" today, out with Ana-Sophia, Jenna, and Ana and tempoed back with Ana and Ana-Sophia. It was good to get a little faster work in (even though the beginning felt VERY hilly). Cooled down with 2 laps around the block with Ana-Sophia. Calves felt tight for the first 10 minutes but then subsided. Realized I went pretty long today so I'll go short tomorrow.
