Comments:
Yes, I know this isn't a run, nor conventional cross-training for running, but I got a lot of good exercise out of it, considering the duration and intensity level. I also enjoyed myself. Distance and time are approximate. As of right now, my right hamstring is sore from after my earlier run, even though I did a good amount of stretching after the run.
