Weather: mid 10, wind chill made it feel like 0 though
Comments:
I mistakenly only looked at the regular outdoor temperature before leaving, not what it actually felt like. My face was so cold. Ran from my house around downtown from Spencer Rd. My hamstring is feeling even more sore and tight, so I'll take an off day tomorrow. I'm almost certain it's from all of the wall sits I did Sunday.
Update: did 50 calf raises (both legs at once) on a latter, 31 push-ups, 40 leg lifts, 100 total cherry-pickers, and some stretching later on.
