Didn't run today because my hamstring is really sore. Decided to lift and do some core, then run tomorrow. I did some stretching for my right hamstring too.

2 x 20 overhead dumbbel press (12.5 lbs. each arm)
15 bicep curls each arm (12.5 lbs.)
2 minute running arms (2 lbs. each arm)
30 squats (25 total lbs.)
120 total cherry pickers
Held a push-up down for 30 seconds, then did 10 regular knes
