Comments:
We've done this one before, so will be good to compare times..
There is less walking on this one too though..
Run 10 min straight without walking
2 min walk
Run 8 min straight
2 min walk
Run 6 min straight
90 sec min walk
Run 4 min straight
1 min walk
Run 2 min.
Cool down another mile as you choose.
If possible let's see if you can give me the splits for just the run portions so I know about what speed you are running at;)
See how you feel, but itodsy is supposed to be challenging so let's try to push the pace for the run interval pieces...
