I ran a down and back on MacArthur Blvd. to the one-lane bridge, overshooting the road for my neighborhood on the way back in order to make it about a 30 minute run. FINALLY, running-log let me log in; it hasn't worked for the past few weeks. Because I was sick last weekend, it's been a while since I've gotten a chance to run by myself, which was really nice to do today. I know I'll feel differently by the end of break. For most of the run I tried to follow specific form from a couple videos that Levi sent me. It was pretty difficult to do so because of the super strong winds while I was running and the drop in the ankle of my shoes, which prevent me from coming even close to being able to land on my toes. Before the run, I did planks, plank leg-lifts, and clams, and afterwards, I did a set of heal and toe walks followed by four sets of 20 calf raises. Overall a good day of training despite the windy weather and little sunlight.
