Comments:
Ok this needs to be very moderate in nature as we get back into things.
So when I say "fast" it just means a bit faster than easy slow pace.
Jog 5 min easy
Run 2 min a bit faster
Jog 3 min easy
Run 2 min a bit faster
Repeat whole set 2 more times for a total of 36 minutes
