Looking for 8 mikes.
8 is the maximum amount IF and only if everything feels good...
Throughout the 8 miles, I would like you to run for 90 seconds at faster tempo pace every 6 minutes.
So you really have to look at the watch to be ready to go from comfortable pace to a bit faster.
So at 6 min mark, pick it up fast until 7:30. Run regular pace and Then at 13:30, .... go again hard for 90 seconds.
