Weather: rainy, muddy, cool

Comments:
first 8k today, the splits i got were 5:55 for the mile, 19:30 for the 5k, and 31:45 for the finish.....course was really muddy and the turns i had to slow down alot or i would have slipped, felt okay about my time, not really sure because i have never run an 8k before, but still under 32:00 which was my minimal goal for the meet, pretty sure i could do better next time
