Canal Long Run

Really really nice weather for a run. It was pretty warm (I even wore shorts) and sunny. A little muddy on the toe path. I did a down and back along the canal, which takes about two minutes to get to from my house, turning at the 3.5 mile mark. It's a pain getting down and back up from the canal, but it was worth it because it was so nice down there. I was originally going to go shorter, but I felt really good and the conditions were great so I decided to make this my long run for the week. This might be the longest run I've ever done on my own. 8 striders afterwards, along with planks, plank leg lifts, a set of IYT's, and heel-toe walks.
