Comments:
I ran 5x1k repeats at the NB indoor track. The track is 12 laps for a mile so I ran 7 1/2 laps per repeat with a 2 1/2 minute break with a mile warmup and cool down. I maintained between 3:13 and 3:18. It felt pretty good, though the track was dry so my lungs hurt a bit towards the end. Some old NB almumni who were doing a sprint workout seemed in awe and were convinced that I was running professional... Lollllllz.
