Comments:
Shin Pain, or at least the beginnings of it. I think it had to do with the clunky way I was running, trying to make myself go faster than 9 flat. I'm bored w/ the CCT and tried to create a new route. Ran down Mass and took some side streets until I got to Western, then followed Chesapeake until between 45th and 44th streets. I was tempted to go all the way to school, but alas. Felt okay breathing wise, but I was kind of running from side to side and that felt very weird. I'm having difficulty going at any pace, so I'm not sure how to do my workout tomorrow.
