West Hill to Spencer Road

Weather: felt like 40s, maybe warmer

Comments:
I got a little too toasty wearing a t-shirt over an under armour, and some gloves. I did wear shorts though.

Ran with my dog first up Westhaven road, and onto the Rec way off of Helen's Way. I let her off the leash, which she enjoyed. But it was so icy and snowy that my traction was pretty bad. Took my dog back home, then decided to extend the run because I was feeling better. Ran down Elm St. Ext., then to downtown, and onto Spencer. The pace was a little faster than I usually run, but it wasn't that hard. Met my stepdad at the Lowes/Home Depot area in order to get a present for my mom, because Amazon said they shipped the original one, but I never received it. I ordered it on December 11th. Anyway, a good day of work. Got back home and di some lifting and core.
