Comments:
Ran inside because of a late LONG Christmas lunch. Felt relly awful because of it and cut the run short, felt like now was the time to stretch really well.
Strength:Pushup progression, crunch progressions, lunges w weight (2x10 each side), medicine ball pushups, 3x1 min plank.
