Comments:
Went out ok, shins and arch of left foot hurt considerably on return. Cut short the return part of tempo due to that and left the last 1/2 mile as a cool down. Definitely could have gone much faster, this didn't feel particularly taxing. However, even as I was tempoing at 7 flat, I was blown by on the CCT by a guy who was easily going 6 flat in sweatpants.
