Ewing High Track

Weather: Super super freezing cold

Woke up bright and early to go over to the Ewing High School for a track workout. I did 4x800 with 2:00 recovery in between each. Started with a four lap warmup (just over a mile since I ran in the outside lane) and finished with a similar four lap cool down. It was freezing cold, and I was the only one at the track since I got there at about 7:15 a.m. I wouldn't recommend doing a workout that early, but it was kind of cool because it felt almost like XC camp, except for the 25 degree weather. Next three or four runs will be in New York, which should be fun. First and last 800's did not feel too great, but the middle two I felt very strong. Splits are below. I've been sacrificing most of my strength time to get in good stretching because I've been a little pressed for time.
