My step dad and I assembled the adjustable plyometric box that I received for Christmas. It's pretty cool, with three different heights. Anyway, wasn't feeling great today but was able to do some plyometrics on the box, as well as some lifting and abs:

2 x 20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
20 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
40 leg lifts
60 crunches
200 total cherry-pickers
