Comments:
Pretty awful run. After rolling my calves and stretching them extra yesterday, they were super tight and painful making me stop to stretch them for a while only being a mile in. When my calves finally stopped hurting, I felt pins and needles and a weird pain on the bottom of my foot that just would not go away.. Worst of all, calf pain came back in the last half mile. I'm going to stretch more and see if that helps
