Comments:
I wish. Was going to do a long run, but my shins hurt sufficiently as to make that difficult. They were less painful after a short break 20 minutes in, but I held off still. Will ice and try some hills tomorrow morning because I can't run tomorrow afternoon. Weather was nice enough for shorts and although my I've lost my thigh tan, it still felt really nice to have the warm weather.
