Comments:
**my left hip started hurting...seeing the chiro tomorrow evening...usually that fixes things...ughhh...my body hates me lol

As we transition back into things...want to get some change of pace in but with walking in between.

Jog 3 min easy
Speed up for 3 minutes faster
Walk 1 minute

Repeat pattern until you hit 4 miles


I'm definitely looking for change of pace but nothing crazy . Maybe something in the 10's for the faster portions if all feels well.
