Comments:
I was 1st overall in the Masters Division; 7 of 82 overall for women; and 52 of 227 in the field. I used 1 GU Octane just prior to the race, then 1 at the 45 minute mark... this worked well. I did a good job of surging on the hills, but my mid-race pace stills needs work.
