Comments:
Did a mile-warmup to the steepest hill in the neighborhood. Hill was about 90 feet of vertical gain and was shaped like a reverse Fort Reno, with a steep bottom a flat part and a less steep top. There was also a short flat section at the very top. Ran 5 hills, felt pretty good after icing earlier. Cool down was right back down hill and recoveries were almost complete. Also, MapMyRun says that this hill is steeper than Brandywine, if thats worth anything. Final cooldown was back home. Also, I think I crossed the 1000 mile barrier for the year today. It's been quite a ride.
