Been tough to get in touch with you lately!;)
But wanted to put this one in just in case...

Warm up 1 mile easy

Run 2 miles fast shooting for a time of sub 14:30
Jog easy .5 miles
Run 1.5 miles fast shooting for a time of close to 11 or 11:15.
Jog .5 easy
Run .5 miles fast (see what you can do coming off the tempo work!)

Cooldown 1 mile easy for some aerobic mielage and a total of 7!

did the first 2 miles 7:40 pace ... slow
did the next 2 miles 7:30 pace

felt slow.. maybe recovering from cold.

will see how I feel tomorrow
