Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I know this is a hilly one so each mile may look drastically different. But effort wise, I think a good idea would be to make the first 3 miles feel as easy as possible.
That may be anywhere from 7:45 to 8:00ish pace depending upon hills.
I want the last 10 miles to be much like the long runs you have been doing where you are finishing strong and faster than you started.
Except you are in a race so there's no holding back. Anything close to mid 7's will put you in a great spot as far as time.
But we have to take into account heat, hills and terrain.
I know this isn't a huge deal race for you but I also know that unlike many runners in Ocala, you are very good with hills, you might as well take advantage and have some fun!!!
