Weather: Rain Rain!!
Comments:
Went down to the track at Liberty and did a 800m warm up (3:01), then did a little stretching and speed development, then I ran 1x1mile @ interval (4:55). I didn't feel great and it was pouring rain so I did another easy mile (6:52) and then ran back up to the dorm (3:21). Not much mileage, but had a long trip, it was pouring and didn't feel great, especially lower legs.
